Mooi by the Ocean was originally started as our “back up plan”
We pride ourselves on quality of product and service, affordability, efficiency and sustainability. We carry these qualities with us throughout our lives. We have never settled for average or “good enough” and believe in doing things the right way the first time. If we find something better, we make adjustments. We believe quality customer service, affordability, transparency and honesty are on the back burner for a lot of businesses, but not here for us.
As a family - the people, businesses and products we surround ourselves with are important and carefully selected. In turn this has meant we have carried our energy for life into our business. We are a small family of six (this includes two fur babies Nacho & Crumpet) who are equally involved in either supporting, managing or helping at Mooi by the Ocean. Every morning my two year old son Knox ensures the bed roll is placed on the salon bed perfectly, while my husband Jo is learning and managing inventory for all of our stock. Crumpet and Nacho are the Mooi welcome committee: always happy to meet and greet, and sometimes give much needed cuddles.
